Job summary

TRUECar, Inc. in Santa Monica is seeking a Product Manager to lead the integration of engineering, data science, and design to reinvent the car pricing and buying experience.

You will own the native consumer app roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data to drive goals and measure success, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, CS, or related field required.
• Experience building consumer/B2B software products.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Experience with agile/scrum development.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Engineering/software development exposure a plus.
• PM experience with B2B products.

Responsibilities

• Own the native app product roadmap from ideation to release.
• Define features across buying lifecycle (research, pricing, dealership experiences).
• Coordinate API, frontend, and backend integrations.
• Set success metrics and monitor app health via data.
• Balance stakeholder priorities and navigate ambiguities.
• Work within an agile framework and mentor team.
