Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator I to coordinate VDC processes and resolve field coordination issues with project teams. You will plan and implement BIM/VDC workflows using Mortenson platforms and provide reports throughout all construction phases.
The role requires a degree in construction/engineering and BIM/VDC training, with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Integrated Construction Coordinator will review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $76,600 - $95,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
