Job summary

Kiss Products is seeking a Product Manager for North America to steer product strategy, promotions, and assortment across the U.S. and Canada in the Lash & Lifestyle category.

You will partner with Sales to support retailer presentations, planograms, and annual planning, driving growth and retailer success while managing life cycle, transitions, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in consumer products.
• Experience with NA markets and retailer programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American product strategy and portfolio management for U.S. and Canada.
• Develop promotional product strategies, seasonal programs, retailer exclusives, and value offerings.
• Manage product commercialization from concept through launch readiness and market execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales teams.

Job Description Summary:The Product Manager - North America is responsible for managing product strategy, commercialization, promotional programs, assortment planning, and retailer execution across the United States and Canada for the Lash & Lifestyle category.
