Qualifications

• Translate customer needs into product requirements and work with software teams.
• 7+ years of product management, software product management, R&D, or related experience in life sciences or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize across customer, technical, and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Engage directly with customers and translate scientific workflows into software opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for CE software products.
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows and translate insights into roadmaps and requirements.
• Manage software products through releases, maintenance, compatibility, cybersecurity, and end-of-life planning.
• Define business cases and prioritize investments based on value, feasibility, and strategic fit.
• Establish and track KPIs for adoption, satisfaction, usage, and business impact.
• Collaborate with CE instrument, consumable, application, and service teams for an integrated experience.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI/ML into CE software and workflows.
• Partner with R&D to translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
