Job summary

Heartflow in San Francisco, CA, seeks a recent MBA graduate to lead a customer-facing area of the Heartflow platform. You will combine customer insight, business judgment, and technical curiosity to decide what we build and why, collaborating with experienced product leaders who will invest in your growth.

You will own discovery, workflow integration, and requirements, partnering with UX, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to deliver shippable features and measurable adoption in hospitals,

Qualifications

• MBA completed or to be completed before start date
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in product management, engineering, consulting, healthcare, medical devices, or health technology
• Product management internship or SaMD experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
• On-site role in San Francisco, CA or Rohnert Park, CA

Responsibilities

• User discovery: visit sites to understand CCTA workflows from referral to follow-up.
• Define how Heartflow fits into clinical and IT environments (EMR, PACS, reporting).
• Write user needs, use cases, and functional requirements; partner with UX for wireframes.
• Build business cases and prioritize roadmap with leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering on implementation and trade-offs; prioritize defects by impact.
• Coordinate launches with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Education.
• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements and design controls.
• Provide clear, data-backed updates to leadership and stakeholders.
