Qualifications

• University degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience leading across multiple functions and influencing outcomes.
• Experience with financial metrics, cost drivers, and investment planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product-family strategy and roadmap, aligning customer needs, competitive positioning, technology priorities, and long-term objectives.
• Lead product lifecycle planning, obsolescence management, and sustainment strategies.
• Identify, prioritize, and sponsor product improvements that enhance performance and long-term value.
• Manage product-family financial performance, including sales, margins, costs, profitability, and multi-year planning.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to align investments and improve profitability.
• Represent the voice of the customer in strategy and decision-making with a focus on reliability and delivery.
