Job summary

Divergent is seeking a senior product manager to unify DES requests, roadmap planning, and user advocacy within the IPT organization. You will own product ownership, align software roadmap with user needs, and drive adoption and efficiency across cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications include a Master's or B.S. in mechanical engineering, 10+ years as a product manager for CAE tools or engineering software, and proven ability to manage complex roadmaps in

• 10+ years as product manager for CAE tools or related software.
• Experience managing software roadmaps in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across users, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience creating and curating documentation, training programs, and user-evangelization content.
• Ability to work in an export-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming DES requests and stakeholder demands
• Align DES software roadmap with user needs, constraints, and objectives
• Create and maintain documentation, training, evangelization materials
• Synthesize voices of the user base with managers to inform roadmap decisions
• Own outward release communication and adoption strategy
• Work with PIPT, DES developers, and cross-functional partners to reduce overhead
• Protect developer focus by owning product, documentation, and communication
