Job Description:

Job Title: Product Manager II – eCommerce Brand Expression

Duration: 3-6 month contract; potential to extend or convert

Location: San Francisco, CA (will consider Remote PST candidates)

Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate and technically adept Product Manager II to lead digital commerce capabilities that shape the way millions of customers explore and engage with our iconic apparel brands. This role is focused on delivering best-in-class UI experiences across the homepage, browse path, and product detail pages (PDPs) — with an emphasis on conversion optimization, product storytelling, and modern shopping behaviors.

You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, partnering with engineering, UX, and brand teams to design and scale high-impact capabilities such as social commerce integration, user-generated content, and immersive content-driven experiences that elevate both brand and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

· Drive the product roadmap for the eCommerce homepage, browse path, and PDPs, ensuring experiences are both inspirational and high-performing.

· Collaborate with design and engineering to build scalable solutions that support immersive product storytelling, campaign activations, and seamless customer journeys.

· Lead initiatives that integrate user-generated content (UGC) — including reviews, community photos, and customer contributions — directly into the PDP experience.

· Deliver social commerce features such as shoppable influencer content, styled looks, and editorial integrations that enhance product discovery and drive engagement.

· Optimize digital surfaces to support strategic merchandising priorities, seasonal narratives, and brand storytelling across all devices.

· Use data and testing to continually improve KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, and site speed.

· Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including engineering, creative, brand marketing, and site merchandising to bring cohesive experiences to life.

· Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in eCommerce, content commerce, and mobile-first experiences.

What You Bring:

· Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing product experiences in a high-scale digital commerce environment.

· Proven success in shipping features that enhance the browse and product discovery experience while driving measurable business impact.

· Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineers on implementation strategies and scalable architecture.

· Strong ability to synthesize input from creative, technical, and business stakeholders into a clear product vision and execution plan.

· Passion for building experiences that bridge brand storytelling with intuitive shopping journeys.
