• Experience building 0→1 products.
• Strong execution and delivery focus.

• Extensive stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication and ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical bias and familiarity with APIs, data standards.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Confluence, Figma, Jira, Python, SQL, Tableau.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI is a huge plus.
• Bachelor's in engineering/technical discipline; Masters welcome but not required.

Global trading firm seeks a talented Engineer with a passion for automation / efficiency / process design / optimization to join their team to drive critical firmwide automation initiatives.

Based in the firm's NY HQ, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency through the design and redesign of critical processes and workflows. In this complex role, the successful candidate will need to leverage a mix of analytical, operational, product, project, relationship management and technical skills.

Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Tools as follows:

• 3+ years' relevant experience in a Business Analyst, Product Manager and/or Product Operations type function with a focus on automation, process design/redesign and workflow optimization;
• Sector agnostic; with a preference for financial services, fintech and or technology;
• Business analysis; requirements gathering, user stories, technical specifications;
• Project Management; coordinate and deliver projects;
• Hands-on experience with data models/field level mapping/templates;
• Deployment of new technology to drive automation;
• Experience building 0->1;
• Strong execution and delivery focus;
• Experience creating, delivering and presenting decks to senior stakeholders;
• Extensive stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills;
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders;
• Strong technical bias and familiarity with technical concepts (ie: API's, data standards, programming a plus);
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Confluence, Figma, Jira, Python, SQL, Tableau;
• Hands-on knowledge of AI is a huge plus;
• Bachelors in an engineering/technical discipline (computer / industrial / mechanical / systems engineering / operations research or similar); Masters degree welcome but not required;
• An interest in, and passion for, automation, data, innovation and new technology;
