The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization designs, implements, and manages hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services and Google Cloud. We prioritize security, efficiency, and reliability, driving innovations like Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Gemini models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements for Responsible AI principles, including model safety, privacy, and transparency. Design product roadmaps for thorough, accurate, and widely adopted RAI evaluations, providing insights into risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize workflows, reducing delays in product launches while accurately assessing RAI risks.
• Develop reports that highlight key risks and mitigation strategies, maximizing insights and actionability.
• Lead collaboration with Responsible AI experts to integrate technologies like auto-raters and sentiment analysis into evaluation processes.
• Enhance technical understanding of AI infrastructure within MSCA and across Google's product areas, staying informed on market trends.
