Qualifications

  • Experience developing commercial marketing materials, sales enablement tools, or go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience analyzing business performance metrics and reporting results to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies that support enterprise solutions for ambulatory surgery center customers.
  • Partner with business unit marketing teams to align commercialization plans and support cross-portfolio product and solution launches.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, brochures, proposal content, trade show resources, and account-specific collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Track, monitor, and report KPIs related to solution adoption, commercial execution, and market performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, insights, and resources that support enterprise-level customer engagements.
  • Lead planning and execution activities for product launches, customer education initiatives, headquarters visits, and national trade show programs.
  • Present market insights, performance results, and commercialization updates to sales, marketing, and leadership teams on a regular cadence.

Job description

As the Product Manager, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies for ASC and NT portfolios within Customer solutions. What You Will Need

  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
