Job summary

Genius, the leading destination for music, is seeking a Product Manager for Genius for Artists (GFA) to own the product roadmap, working closely with design and engineering to ship artist-facing features. This role emphasizes hands-on decision-making and direct collaboration with artists and partners.

Based in Los Angeles, the role is onsite 3–4 days per week at the Beverly Hills office. Candidates should have 4+ years in consumer product management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
  • Track record of shipped work with tangible results.
  • Strong product judgment and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfort with incomplete information and data-driven revisits.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with common design/UX patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Own GFA roadmap and decide what to build or decline.
  • Define quarterly OKRs and set delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering on shipped features.
  • Partner with biz dev, community, and marketing for GTM launches.
  • Translate partnerships into shipped products and ensure accountability.
  • Act as product SME for partner integrations and timelines.
  • Work with verified artists to translate needs into direction.
  • Build early prototypes to accelerate decision making.
