Acute Care Technology

The Product Manager for AR Boost will help to support the full line of AR Boost products in order to service our EMS customer base as well as promote growth and customer success for customers in multiple other healthcare specialties. The Product Manager will be responsible for directing the design, implementation, and release of products to the market. It will be critical for this role to partner with the ARO engineering team to understand customer's problems, formulate solutions and create the necessary documentation that support our customers needs as well as internal stakeholders. You must have a passion for solving customer problems and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum team. This includes driving towards company financial goals and evaluating competitive marketplace and trends to drive our roadmap and future growth.

Job Summary

This includes driving towards company financial goals and evaluating competitive marketplace and trends to drive our roadmap and future growth.

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with Director of Product Management, Business Analyst, and Development Manager to ensure alignment of product release plans and execution of mid and long-term vision for the AR Boost product line
  • Manage the product and release backlog, develop and prioritize user stories with detailed acceptance criteria supporting the engineering team in an Agile Scrum framework
  • Partner with engineering team and key stakeholders to creatively solve customer problems and make strategic design decisions to ensure that overall functionality of the finished product delivers value and exceptional user experience
  • Gather input from customers, channel partner resellers and internal stakeholders to create product strategy and set direction and priority
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify differentiators for ZOLL
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert to internal stakeholders regarding product features and functionality
  • Assist in maintaining data vendor relationships in an ongoing basis
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product offerings for AR Boost


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years in a Product Management role


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience delivering software solutions in Healthcare / RCM is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to drive product initiatives to completion
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Solution and team-oriented with the ability to collaborate, build trust, and influence others within the organization
  • Driven and independent worker; with maturity of judgment and decision making while under pressure
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

The salary range for this role is 105K-120K .Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
