Job summary

Seegrid is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and define the product strategy and roadmap for vehicle platforms, including batteries, charging systems, and vehicle accessories. You will partner with Technical Product Management, Sales, Application Engineering, and Implementation teams to translate complex material handling needs into customer-focused priorities.

You will work with customers to understand workflows, ensure product requirements align with ROI, and drive market-facing

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex hardware+software needs into concrete product requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Technical Product Management, Sales, Application Engineering, Implementation) to align roadmaps with customer ROI.
• Strong discovery and requirement-writing discipline to turn market needs into actionable PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate a customer-centric product roadmap for Seegrid's vehicle hardware, power systems (batteries/charging), and physical accessories.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Management, Sales, Application Engineering, and Implementation teams to capture field insights and turn them into requirements.
• Translate market insights into PRDs that empower engineering teams to build high-impact solutions.
• Engage with customers in heavy manufacturing and logistics to validate product decisions and ROI requirements.
• Manage component selection, vendor relationships, and physical product lifecycles with hardware and operations teams.
