This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite per week in Philadelphia and a proven track record in product management, Agile/Scrum, and data-driven decision making in healthcare or pharma contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Product Management within digital agencies, marketing technology, or SaaS.
• AI Fluency: strong understanding of LLM capabilities and trade-offs; coding not required.
• General data literacy with pipelines, data quality, and structure to scope feasibility.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma regulated industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap; translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Write BRDs, manage the product backlog, and own the lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Lead Agile ceremonies; serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and engineering.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations are addressed early.
