Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for AI to own end-to-end AI products, setting strategic approaches and ROI with senior sponsors and engineering leadership.

You will build BRDs/PRFAQs, manage the backlog, and ensure measurable value while serving as the escalation point for decisions and priorities. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, including owning complex, high-visibility products end to end.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and trade-offs on cost, speed, and quality.
• Working fluency in data concepts, including pipelines, data quality, and structure.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and establishing process standards.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to influence executives without formal authority.
• Comfort with analytics; ability to define and defend success metrics for your product.

Responsabilités

• Own roadmap and BRD/backlog quality for one or more AI products, ensuring consistency and prioritization logic.
• Own relationships with Business Sponsors and represent products in leadership prioritization conversations.
• Refine prioritization framework and effort assessment criteria with Engineering leadership.
• Partner with Engineering on capacity planning and sequencing of work.
• Own timeline and dependency management end to end from requirements through launch.
• Escalation point for blocked decisions and unresolved dependencies.
• Review requirements and roadmap decisions with Engineering to ensure builds match specs.
• Apply Agile practices and build-vs-buy evaluation consistently across products.
• Own adoption strategy and ROI metrics; report product health to leadership.
• Represent PM in agency AI governance discussions and ensure data privacy and security compliance.
