You will bridge technical execution and business strategy, drive adoption, and oversee governance with data privacy and regulatory awareness. This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite weekly in Philadelphia.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8–10 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex, high-visibility products end to end.
• Experience in digital agency, marketing tech, or SaaS preferred.
• AI fluency with understanding of LLM capabilities.
• Data pipelines, data quality, and structure knowledge.
• Deep Agile/Scrum experience with process standardization.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) preferred.
• Strong ability to influence executives without authority.
• Data-driven with ability to define success metrics.

• Own roadmap and BRD/backlog quality for AI products across one or more product(s).
• Manage backlog, BRD, and dependencies; align with sponsors and engineering.
• Lead delivery end to end from requirements to launch and adoption.
