Job summary

Emberos is seeking a Product Manager who thrives in highly technical environments and loves turning complex problems into products customers actually want. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership, defining priorities and timelines with the engineering team to ensure the right things are built at the right time.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, translate needs into clear requirements, and maintain roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, enterprise, or developer-focused products.
• Demonstrated ability to scope and estimate accurately and communicate estimates clearly.
• Calm, decisive communicator able to say no or not yet with reasoning.
• Direct experience collaborating with software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints while keeping promises.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and make trade‑offs when priorities compete.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning with Engineering and Leadership.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to improve the platform and define success metrics.
