What you'll own

• Conduct user interviews, synthesize feedback, and translate it into crisp specs that engineers love to build from
• Define and own core engagement and retention metrics; find the friction before users do
• Collaborate with engineering on a weekly ship cadence — think in sprints, deliver real things
• Make prioritization calls with confidence and communicate tradeoffs clearly to the team

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years of product management experience — startup or high-growth tech environment preferred
• Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end and measuring their impact
• Comfortable working directly in Linear, Figma, and Notion alongside a technical team
• Strong opinions about what makes great productivity software — and the data to back them up
• Based in California or willing to relocate; some remote flexibility for the right candidate
