Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Product Manager for the SASE Platform to drive an AI-driven, agentic operating model. You will architect end-to-end AI agent workflows that unify security and networking across use cases, from AI model integration to production.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and a strong product lifecycle from concept to sunset. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing to deliver AI-enabled features, measure impact with KPIs, and accelerate

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in technology.
Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and/or agentic frameworks.
Experience with SASE, enterprise networking, and/or security markets.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' related experience, Master's with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Product Strategy: own end-to-end lifecycle of cross-domain features and AI operations roadmap.
Agentic Workflow Design: architect and lead intelligent, cross-domain AI agent workflows.
Lifecycle Ownership: manage concept to production, release, and end-of-life for features.
Central Coordination: align engineering, data science, design, and marketing for AI products.
End-to-End Management: oversee agentic capabilities, AI model maintenance, platform upgrades.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: drive alignment across engineering, BD and support for AI features.
Value Proposition: articulate benefits of agentic platform to teams, customers and partners.
Performance Metrics: define and optimize AI agent efficacy and automation KPIs.
Customer Adoption: accelerate adoption by engaging partners and prioritizing AI-ready infra.
