Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the SASE Platform to lead AI-driven, agentic product strategy. You will architect AI agents that unify operations across security and networking domains, shaping the platform's future with Cisco Cloud Control and the AI Canvas.

You will define the end-to-end administration model, transitioning from manual to intent-based AI orchestration, and drive cross-domain investigations to accelerate resolution and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience within the technology sector.
• Experience with AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with SASE, Enterprise Networking, and/or Security markets.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years' related experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years' relevant experience or PhD with 1+ year experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-domain AI-enabled features for the SASE platform.
• Define the AI roadmap and agentic workflows to simplify network and security operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and marketing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to articulate the value of AI operational efficiency.
