  • Develop detailed product requirements for platform capabilities and models to be deployed on the AI platform; collaborate with engineering to ensure specification compliance.
  • Act as a user advocate, defending data scientists’ needs throughout product development.
  • Lead product acceptance, defining clear criteria, ensuring final product meets user needs and enhances their ability to build, test, and deploy AI models.
  • Execute on product roadmaps for platform development and key model launches.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to report progress and gather input.
Strategic and Functional Excellence
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills to partner, influence, and instill confidence across functional teams.
  • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexible and creative thinker who defines business trade‑offs.
  • Strong quantitative skills with a data‑first mindset, using data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
  • Proven track record of success in fast‑paced environments with demanding timelines.
  • Deep knowledge of industry‑standard AI and ML technologies to drive technology and architecture discussions.
