Job summary

Safety Radar is seeking a results-driven professional to manage the product implementation function, providing direct client support while delivering technical solutions using our AI-based risk platform. You will develop AI-powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and ensure accurate, actionable safety insights across industries in hazardous environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields.
• Experience implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, and Linear.

Location & Work Environment

This role operates in an office environment with a work-from-home element in our hybrid schedule. In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, you will be required to view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time and may involve travel to client offices and locations from time to time on an as-needed basis.

Compensation Range : $75,000-$100,000 base salary plus stock options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount listed.
