Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a highly technical Product Manager for an AI Data Platform in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own the lifecycle of AI-native data products, from discovery to launch, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship roadmaps for developers, data engineers, and AI developers.

The role emphasizes building native GenAI products, working with modern data ecosystems, and translating complex requirements into concrete specs. Hybrid/on-site in Sunnyvale preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and launching technical products from scratch.
• Experience as a PM at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B).
• Experience building native AI/GenAI products, not just adding AI features.
• Strong understanding of the modern data ecosystem (ELT/ETL, Data Warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark).
• Previous experience as a Data Engineer or strong technical background with data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with engineers on highly technical products.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, similar assistants).
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field; Master’s is a plus.

Position

Product Manager – AI Data Platform

We're looking for a highly technical Product Manager who is passionate about modern data infrastructure and AI-native products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering teams, shipping products from 01, and translating customer feedback into technical product decisions.

You'll play a key role in defining the roadmap for products used by highly technical users including data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI developers.

Compensation

• $150,000 – $250,000 base salary (depending on experience and market)

What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch for AI-native data products.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define product strategy and execution.
• Prioritize product roadmaps based on customer feedback, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications.
• Build products from 01 for technical users.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and identify product opportunities.
• Define success metrics and iterate quickly using customer insights and data.
• Work with AI-powered development workflows and incorporate modern AI tooling into product development.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and launching technical products from 01.
• Experience as a Product Manager at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B preferred).
• Experience building native AI/GenAI products, not simply adding AI features to existing software.
• Strong understanding of the modern data ecosystem, including:

• Previous experience as a Data Engineer or strong technical background working with data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers on highly technical products.

  • Similar AI coding assistants
• Working knowledge of:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI evaluation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another technical discipline (Master's is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for developers, data engineers, or AI engineers.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Experience working in highly technical B2B SaaS environments.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in fast-moving startup environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
