Wipro is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development and commercialization of AI-powered bolt-ons for the Core Banking ecosystem in Washington, DC. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes, collaborating with executives to modernize banking estates without replacing the core.

You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, API integration, and go-to-market plans, building a portfolio of differentiated solutions and partnerships to achieve measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product-management in a product company with Core Banking bolt-ons or adjacencies.
• Deep knowledge of Core Banking platforms, processes, workflows and related apps.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable products.
• Strong experience in strategy, roadmap, discovery, UX and GTM.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration, cloud, data platforms and GenAI/Agentic AI.

Responsabilités

• Own product vision, roadmap and investment priorities for Core Banking bolt-ons.
• Create a differentiated portfolio addressing high-value banking problems.
• Understand Core Banking domains, platforms, and surrounding systems.
• Define capabilities for AI-enabled decisioning, servicing and orchestration.
• Own business cases, market opportunities, revenue and ROI; define GTM and partnerships.
