Job summary

The Scion Group, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Product Manager to own the Scion Intelligence roadmap and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will partner with engineering, analytics, operations, and executive stakeholders to drive measurable business value while upholding usability, reliability, and performance across the platform.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7+ years in tech product management, strong Agile collaboration, and a proven ability to translate business

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of product management experience in technology or data-driven products.
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap for Scion Intelligence aligned with Scion’s strategic goals.
• Own the product backlog, develop wireframes, write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for Scion Intelligence; use data to guide continuous improvement.
