ANDE is seeking a product manager to own agentic experiences that power enterprise hospitality workflows. You’ll prototype ideas, measure performance with data, and ship improvements rapidly. You’ll balance automation with human judgment to unlock higher productivity and trust in our platform.

The role emphasizes e2e ownership of AI agents, collaboration with engineers, and a focus on evaluating and improving agent quality week over week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience shipping agentic or automation-powered product features.
• Strong data-analysis mindset and ability to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience of AI agents from first interaction to outcome.
• Define quality metrics, evaluations, and improvement loops.
• Balance automation with human judgment in workflows.
• Develop and prioritize the roadmap for agentic product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship improvements quickly.
• Interpret transcripts and data to drive product decisions.
