About the role
You will lead product our agentic initiatives, owning the vision that turns this raw capability into customer value. We’re building enterprise grade agents where accuracy matters. A sharp PM is the difference between a cool demo and a product that prints value. Big surface area, high autonomy, direct line to the exec team — perfect spot for a PM who loves turning messy signals into sharp strategy and measurable impact. You’ll be the fourth PM on a lean squad, report to our Director of Product, and have your fingerprints on how Compa builds as we scale.
