Job summary

Sierra is seeking a Product Manager for Ghostwriter to shape how humans interact with software in the agent era. You’ll own end-to-end product experience—from prompt → agent → outcome and help scale Sierra to thousands of customers.

This role is a zero-to-one and one-to-many proposition requiring 3+ years in product management with LLMs, shipping AI products, and collaborating with engineers on architecture and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with direct work with large language models.
• Experience shipping AI products at the frontier and understanding non-deterministic UX.
• Track record of taking an early-stage product to broad adoption (0→1).
• Strong technical depth and ability to engage engineers on architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define how AI augments agent development and shape CX workflows, simulations, and analysis.
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns for autonomy vs. control (approvals, reviews, workspace isolation).
• Partner with AI/ML and platform engineering on model selection, architecture, and evaluation/testing.
