Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
• Experience in brokerage, custody, wealth management, or advisor tech.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into product specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Services across web and mobile.
• Define onboarding, account opening, custody workflows, billing, reporting, and tools.
• Translate needs into requirements for Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.
• Build capabilities to improve advisor efficiency, including digital onboarding and ACAT transfer workflows.
• Unify digital account opening, custody, trading, billing, reporting, and client portal into a single platform.
• Mentor employees to achieve individual and team objectives.
