Responsibilities
Team Overview:
The team mission of Ads Privacy Enhanced Technology (PET) Product is to help advertisers to drive more business outcomes by empowering data collaboration and sharing of first party data in a privacy centric way. This enables advertisers to perform measurement, analytics and audience activation via privacy technology such as data cleanroom, encryption and trusted environment technology. As a member of the Ads Privacy Enhanced Technology Product team, you will build PET products to empower data collaboration in a scalable and reliable way, leveraging your knowledge and understanding of ad tech, measurement, data collaboration and privacy enhanced technology, and see real world business impact.


Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and product marketing managers to define the product strategy, build cleanroom products and drive product adoption to enable client success

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of ad tech product management experience
- A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with direct experience in one of the following areas: ads measurement, ads data strategy, privacy enhanced technology, data cleanroom
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
-BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
- Hands-on experience with data cleanroom or ads measurement product
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
