Job summary

The Vanguard Group in Malvern is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer within Participant Financial Success. You will prioritize platform capabilities and drive adoption, coordinating with Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, platform management, marketing technology, digital experience, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities for digital products or platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology organizations.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar customer engagement platforms.
