Job summary

Social Leverage LLC is seeking a Product Manager, Accounts to oversee KYC and identity verification processes end-to-end for Alpaca’s brokerage accounts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, demonstrating proficiency in API design and regulated environments.

The role includes improving operational efficiency and tracking partner adoption metrics, offering competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or brokerage.
• Experience shipping B2B developer-facing products: SDKs, APIs, or partner integrations.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own one core accounts sub-surface end-to-end, drive API design and prioritization.
• Work closely with engineering, compliance, and legal teams.
• Improve operational efficiency in product surface and track partner engagement.
