Job summary

SEI is seeking a Product Manager to shape the roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision for the Accounting Systems and Fund Administration product family within the Investment Management Services portfolio. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, data, and client-facing teams to deliver meaningful product innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within investment management or financial technology.
• Hands-on with Geneva, InvestTran, or similar accounting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investments and operational workflows.
• Experience in a crossfunctional, agile product environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Clear, well-communicated product roadmap aligned to IMS strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IMS accounting systems and fund administration solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting platforms (Geneva, InvestTran) and their role within alternative investment operations.
• Translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product initiatives and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Client teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead ideation, validation, and rapid prototyping of new capabilities, leveraging AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies where appropriate.
• Drive discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights to validate product direction.
• Manage tradeoffs between short-term delivery and long-term platform scalability.
• Support go-to-market readiness, including documentation, internal enablement, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using metrics and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
