Job summary

iCapital Network in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the lifecycle of the new '34 Act Registered Fund line and serve as the primary contact for all GP fund operations.

You will partner with the GP's Relationship Manager, coordinate with Fund Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Technology, and oversee fund documents, data configuration, and UAT to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 5 - 9+ years in product, project, or client-facing fund operations within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of alternative investment products and fund structures.
• Experience with GP/client relationships and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage fund launch plans with structuring, docs, and operational readiness.
• Primary contact for GP fund operational, administrative, and technical matters.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Liaise with internal teams (Fund Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Technology).
• Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure readiness and information flow.
• Oversee fund document reviews (PPM, LPA, Form 10) for feasibility.
• Configure fund on the iCapital platform including share classes and fees.
• Lead UAT to validate platform workflows before launch.
• Provide market insights on 34 Act fund trends and best practices.
• Maintain risk/issue logs and contribute to playbooks.
