Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Product Manager for Evergreen Private Fund Solutions in New York. The role centers on owning the lifecycle of 34 Act funds, working with General Partners, Relationship Managers, and multiple internal teams to ensure smooth launches and ongoing operations.

The candidate will oversee fund documentation, platform configuration, and testing, while delivering market insights and maintaining robust risk/issue logs. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a client-facing fund operations role in financial services.
• Deep understanding of alternative investment products and fund structures; direct experience with registered/private funds is highly preferred.
• Familiar with software platforms used across alternative investments, wealth management, and fund services.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the fund launch project plan across structuring, documentation, operational readiness, and launch milestones.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for the GP's 34 Act fund(s).
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to ensure a coordinated client experience.
• Act as liaison between GP and internal iCapital teams to manage ongoing fund operations.
• Coordinate with GP and distribution partners to ensure readiness and information flow.
• Review fund documents (PPM, LPA, Form 10) for feasibility and compliance.
• Oversee fund configuration on the iCapital platform (share classes, fees, reporting).
• Lead User Acceptance Testing with internal teams to validate workflows before launch.
• Provide market intelligence on 34 Act fund trends and best practices.
• Maintain risk and issue logs to improve operational playbooks.
