Job description

We're looking for aProduct Manager to take ownership of Reffine's B2B platform - a vehicle inventory and stock management system used every day by global automotive manufacturers, their national sales companies and their dealer networks across dozens of markets worldwide.
This is a real product with real users, a long roadmap and a lot of moving parts: multi-market configuration, a large set of third-party integrations and data feeds, a public API, reporting and analytics, and a growing AI/agent layer on top of the product data. Your job is to decide what gets built and why, and to make sure it lands.
The role isproduct-led and delivery-aware. You own discovery, requirements and the roadmap, working alongside a project manager who runs the delivery plan - but in a company our size you are expected to step into delivery coordination whenever that's what the product needs.
You'll collaborate with the Senior Product Manager, engineering leads, design, the project management team and the board.

Responsibilities:
  • end-to-end ownership of the product - from discovery and problem definition through to release and adoption,
  • running discovery with enterprise stakeholders across multiple markets: interviews, workshops, surveys, usage data - and turning vague requests into validated problems
  • owning the roadmap and prioritisation: deciding scope, sequencing and trade-offs, and saying no with a reason
  • translating high-level needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and epics
  • collaborating with design and engineering to define how features should work and look, and making the small decisions that unblock the team day to day
  • working with the project manager assigned to the product on timelines, milestones and delivery pace - and stepping in on refinement, backlog hygiene, demos and handovers where needed
  • identifying and mitigating product and delivery risks early
  • maintaining product and business documentation in Notion and Jira
  • supporting pre-sales and client-facing work: demos, presentations, scoping workshops, input into proposals for new brands and markets
  • contributing to the product's AI direction - exposing product data and capabilities to AI assistants and agents is an active part of the roadmap, not a side project
  • supporting company-wide initiatives for product growth, scalability and strategic alignment
The Successful Applicant has:
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role in a product/software development environment
  • experience withB2B products is mandatory; enterprise-class products, multi-tenant or multi-market platforms are a strong plus
  • comfort working with integration-heavy and data-heavy products - data feeds, third-party systems, platform integrations (you don't need to code)
  • excellent communication skills in both English (client communication, documentation, Jira) and Polish (team collaboration)
  • excellent skills in gathering, refining and prioritising requirements
  • proven ability to reconcile conflicting expectations between clients, internal stakeholders and the development team
  • strong process management skills, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
  • very good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • flexibility - we're a growing product company with several products in the portfolio; priorities shift, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up new areas, and occasionally other products, as the company's focus changes
  • a strong drive to keep learning, curiosity about how AI changes product work, and an ownership-driven, proactive attitude
  • automotive, retail, e-commerce or marketplace domain experience - a plus, not a requirement
  • operational knowledge of Jira and Notion - nice to have
What's On Offer:
  • salary range 15000-18000 PLN net+VAT (B2B contract)
  • ownership of the product, with direct access to the board and to clients - no layers between you and the decisions
  • a product with a real user base and a multi-year roadmap, not a greenfield experiment
  • freedom to make decisions within your role and to influence how things are done
  • opportunity to collaborate with esteemed international clients and foster partnership
  • room to work with modern AI tooling as part of the product and of how we work
  • flexible work setup: choose between our Warsaw office (Mokotów), hybrid, or fully remote with occasional office visits
  • option to sign up for a sports card and medical coverage
  • regular company events
