The Opportunity:

We’re partnered with a fast-growing fintech firm at the cutting edge of digital finance innovation. With a mission to make smarter financial decisions accessible to all, they’re embedding AI across their suite of products—from intelligent credit scoring to personalised wealth management tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions that shape the future of digital finance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
• Translate AI capabilities into user-centric product solutions across areas like risk, personalisation, automation and fraud detection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, design, engineering and compliance teams to scope, build and launch new features.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI features from idea to release, including market research, concept development, user testing and feedback loops.
• Drive ongoing product optimisation using A/B testing, user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with AI and fintech innovation, identifying new trends that could translate into future product opportunities.
• Ensure all AI features meet ethical standards, fairness, and regulatory compliance—embedding explainability and transparency throughout.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or data-driven product development.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable AI features or products, ideally within financial services or fintech.
• Strong technical understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and data pipelines (you don’t need to code, but you’ll need to talk data).
• Experience working in agile teams with data scientists and engineers.
• Clear communicator with an ability to turn technical complexity into compelling product narratives.
• Familiar with regulatory and ethical considerations of AI in finance (e.g., model transparency, bias mitigation).
• Proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
