Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is expanding its FinApp product area with a Product Manager who will own end‑to‑end development of internal financial operations, accounting workflows, reconciliation, and financial reporting. You will translate business needs into scalable product solutions and drive a 1–2 quarter roadmap for your squad.

• 2+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation, and controls.
• Ability to work with Finance stakeholders and translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Proven track record from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Data-driven with analytics and success metrics.
• Experience in Agile development (Scrum or Kanban).
• English level B2–C1.
• Fintech/payments or regulated financial products experience is a plus.

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end development of the FinApp product area, responsible for internal financial operations, accounting workflows, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Reporting to the Product Lead of the Back Office domain, you will work closely with the Finance department as your primary stakeholder, translating business needs into scalable product solutions.

You will translate domain-level strategy into a 1-2-quarter roadmap for your squad, lead structured product discovery, and guide engineers and designers through delivery while measuring outcomes and continuously iterating based on customer and business impact.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial controls. You don’t need to be an accountant, but you should understand how finance teams operate and what they expect from the systems they use.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Proven track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
• Comfortable working with analytics, defining success metrics, and using data to guide product decisions.
• Solid understanding of Agile product development and iterative delivery (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to plan 1–2 quarters ahead, prioritize effectively, and make informed trade‑offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. English level B2–C1.
• Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial products is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience building products for fintech, payment, banking, or crypto platforms.
• Understanding of blockchain settlement flows, digital asset accounting, and fund movements across wallets and payment systems.
• Experience working with treasury, liquidity management, or cash management processes.
• Familiarity with balance calculations, reconciliation, and ledger consistency in complex financial or payment systems.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments where accuracy, auditability, and operational controls are critical.
