As a Strategio Senior Product Manager, you will

• Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Build scalable APIs and data pipelines that enable reusable product components
• Lead Agile squads from discovery to delivery, balancing short-term value and long-term scale
• Translate regulatory and industry trends into actionable product initiatives
• Collaborate with cloud engineers to ensure compliance, auditability, and cloud-native design (AWS, Azure)
• Interface with product, risk, compliance, and customer-facing teams to align priorities
• Drive delivery KPIs such as adoption, engagement, uptime, and NPS
• Champion developer efficiency, modularity, and data governance best practices

Core Skills

• 4-6 years in product management (preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or enterprise platforms)
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial services workflows (e.g., KYC/AML, compliance, credit analytics)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and data pipelines
• Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based planning
• SQL, APIs, and data architecture concepts
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to align technical and non-technical teams

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience with core banking platforms, open banking APIs, or credit bureau integrations
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, data lineage, and metadata management
• Platform monetization experience or exposure to API marketplaces
• Master’s or certification in Product Management or Financial Technology
