Strategio is supporting an enterprise client responsible for automated surveillance systems that identify potential violations of financial regulations across multiple asset classes.
You will bridge regulatory requirements and the technical implementation of surveillance logic—analyzing patterns, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring surveillance results are accurate, complete, and defensible. You will also use generative AI to accelerate analysis, documentation, code comprehension, and workflow automation while validating all outputs for regulatory accuracy.
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong combination of capital markets knowledge, technical analysis, and regulatory understanding. You can investigate complex datasets, interpret source code and processing pipelines, and translate technical logic into clear business documentation.
You work confidently across regulatory, business, data, and engineering teams and are comfortable leading complex analysis with limited direction. You use AI as a practical productivity tool while maintaining strong human oversight, traceability, and quality standards.
At Strategio, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
