Our client is an international technology company developing a B2B SaaS platform that combines data-driven insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and the existing product and technical leadership to coordinate the development team, maintain visibility into ongoing work, and ensure that agreed priorities and commitments are delivered on time.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on delivery coordination, team accountability, and process improvement. The CTO remains responsible for technical decisions, architecture, and engineering direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate internal business processes.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end users through interviews and discovery sessions.
  • Research market solutions and competitors to identify best practices and opportunities.
  • Evaluate whether business needs can be addressed through existing solutions, integrations, or custom development.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Analyze workflows related to procurement, vendor and consultant onboarding, contract management, document management, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and development team to align product priorities with technical feasibility.
  • Collect user feedback and continuously improve product functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Product Management.
  • Experience with internal business software, B2B products, enterprise systems, or workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, strategy, roadmap development, and backlog management.
  • Experience gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into software functionality.
  • Strong business process analysis and market research skills.
  • Experience with feature prioritization and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
