About the role:

As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for one or several products end-to-end, including their design and development. You will contribute to go-to-market strategies, implementation, and support models. Collaboration will be essential, working closely with engineers and designers in Tel Aviv, as well as with outbound product management, sales, marketing, customer success, regulatory affairs, and business development teams abroad. You will engage with prospects and customers (clinical and administrative users) to establish relationships that ensure our impact on healthcare delivery. Most importantly, you’ll join a diverse and passionate team dedicated to saving lives.

You will:

• Serve as an inbound product manager, defining a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Support user research to discover unmet customer needs and translate insights into innovative features.
• Manage the development process from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Outbound Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Work within an Agile methodology mindset alongside engineering teams.

What success looks like:

• Deliver new features on time, meeting customer needs and expectations.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and user needs, translating them into successful product features.
• Support multiple projects efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
• Within 3-6 months, fully own projects and teams as an independent contributor.

We are looking for:

• A team player with a strong can-do mentality.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B, mobile, or SaaS product management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the medical domain and/or AI.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proven influence over cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Successful track record of launching products and working with R&D in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
