Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

• 4+ years of Product Management experience required.
• Efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all artifacts and manage all communication to address all open questions between the business and engineering.
• Requirements gathering and detailed documentation for platform enhancements and integrations for assigned platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and engineering.
• Should have worked on some of the IT apps like Salesforce, HCM, Financial applications
• Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time with business growth.
• Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the business stakeholders of the assigned platforms and stakeholders of the assigned activities.
• Jira Card development and updates.
• Build and iterate on rapid proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks to turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes for stakeholder feedback.
• Background in Hospital, Medical, or pharmaceuticals a plus but not a must.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred.

Required experience & competencies:

• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure) and/or DevOps/engineering environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Basic knowledge of AI Tools for generating product requirements documents and low fidelity prototyping.
• Proficient understanding of product development processes, technologies, and potential limitations.
• Proficient ability to understand and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Proficient ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
