Job summary

Responsibilities

• Проведение discovery с клиентами для понимания целей бизнеса и пользовательских потребностей.
• Формирование видения продукта, приоритетов и roadmaps совместно с клиентами и стейкхолдерами.
• Преобразование бизнес-требований в функциональные дизайны и user stories.
• Создание спецификаций, карт процессов и user stories для команд разработки.
• Приоритизация требований с учетом ценности для пользователя, бизнеса и техни feasibility.

Today, we're a remote-first community of tech lovers working with clients across industries to build software that creates real value. We're looking for a new Product Manager to join our Product Strategy team.

Задачи:

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and user needs.
• Help shape product vision, priorities, and roadmaps in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Turn business requirements into functional designs, including user flows, feature behavior, states, edge cases, and business rules.
• Create clear product specifications, process maps, and user stories that development teams can work with.
• Prioritize requirements by balancing user value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to refine requirements, clarify decisions, and support delivery.
• Validate solutions and identify improvements using user research, feedback, usability testing, and available product data.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities when needed, including discovery, scoping, estimations, and proposal preparation.

Требования:

• Have around 5 or more years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles in software development, including hands-on work on software solutions.
• Understand software development processes and can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Have experience facilitating client-facing discovery sessions or workshops.
• Can translate complex business needs into well-structured requirements and detailed functional designs.
• Know how to balance business priorities, user expectations, and technical constraints.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and in conversations and presentations.
• Bring strong analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
