This is a highly visible individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Product.

We're looking for strategic Product Managers who understand how to drive profitable growth through product strategy, portfolio management, customer insights, and market intelligence.

• New construction and retrofit markets
• Voice of customer and market research
• Pricing and profitability strategy
• Channel management across distribution, retail, ecommerce, and dealer networks
• Sales enablement and product training
• Leveraging AI and data to improve decision making

Ideal backgrounds include:
