Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle plans.
- Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis.
- Identify customer needs, changing consumer preferences, market trends, and new product opportunities.
- Develop product business cases, launch plans, pricing strategies, and commercial plans.
- Coordinate new product introductions and product improvements from concept through market launch.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, procurement, supply chain, and distribution teams.
- Monitor product sales, revenue, margins, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer, sales, and market data to support product and pricing decisions.
- Develop product forecasts, budgets, sales targets, and business plans.
- Gather customer and retailer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
- Work with merchandising and sales teams to improve product placement, assortment, and performance where applicable.
- Support promotional strategies, pricing decisions, and seasonal product planning.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and customer analysis.
- Prepare product performance reports and present recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, brand management, category management, marketing, merchandising, business strategy, or commercial operations.
- Strong knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Understanding of product positioning, pricing, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong business and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and operational teams.
- Ability to understand market data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
