A leading company in machine control technology seeks a Product Manager to drive product development and manage customer expectations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market solutions and enhance business models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Cloud or IoT applications.

What You Will Do
Discover, organize, and translate market opportunities and requirements into product development artifacts to enable our product team developers to design and deliver timely solutions for our customers.
Document scope and manage customer expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
Guide and iterate on the product vision by leveraging your proven ability to prioritize and execute initiatives that continuously solve customer problems and deliver value to operators.
Define and validate a licensing model that enables CAT and Trimble to execute their go-to-market strategies and bring compelling offers to customers.
Derive insights from license usage and collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data Intelligence teams to understand their constraints and expectations.
Gain a deep understanding of the CTCT grade control platform, Trimble and Caterpillar platforms, and the cross-functional teams that need to collaborate to deliver differentiated market solutions.
Manage product leads directly, influence product teams, and lead projects in parallel. Navigate organizational structures to drive initiatives forward, ensuring CTCT’s growing portfolio enables our parent companies and their channel partners to succeed.
Develop strong relationships across CTCT, CAT, and Trimble.
Prioritize enablement of new business models and commercial activities such as pricing or marketing, and monitor the resulting success and growth of the parent companies.
Communicate the product vision, updates, and strategy to large groups and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or technical account management for a Cloud application or IoT solution.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Conversational knowledge of Finance workflows, Revenue Recognition, and Go-To-Market strategies.
Experience leading product teams to build and execute the product vision and strategy, utilizing key data and market insights.

Pay Range
Hiring Range : $105,682 - $142,676
