Position Summary

The Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle management of our flexible solar technologies and power systems for mobile and stationary applications. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, market strategy, and customer engagement—ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of sectors such as transportation, defense, off-grid infrastructure, and outdoor mobility.

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the roadmap, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization. This includes gathering customer and market insights, translating technical capabilities into user-centric features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-focused, and passionate about clean energy innovation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Product Development Process: Establish and manage the end-to-end process for product development, from concept to launch, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional reviews.
  • SKU Rationalization: Drive regular reviews of our product catalog to identify opportunities for consolidation, simplification, or phase-out, ensuring a lean and effective offering.
  • System Innovation: Develop new power systems and configurations that integrate with our solar panels to meet customer requirements and unlock new applications.
  • Sales & Lifecycle Management: Track product performance, sales trends, and end-of-life plans. Maintain product documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of status changes.
  • Market Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence, forecast future needs, and identify customer pain points to inform the product roadmap.
  • Product Qualification: Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams—particularly across our offices and factories in the Philippines, Cambodia, and India—to define product specs, lead testing and validation, and ensure readiness for customer deployment.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including spec sheets, brochures, slide decks, and digital content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise or mid-market accounts, preferably in a technology or service-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and product adoption.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the RV and/or commercial transportation industries a plus.
