Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in building consumer-facing Financial/Fintech products (B2C), including expertise in A/B testing, collaborating closely with UX design teams, and conducting customer experiments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a distributed team of designers, researchers, engineers, testers, and subject matter experts to scope, design, test, and develop new products and features.
- Work with engineering and data science teams to analyze data and run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize the product, enhancing customer experience and business metrics.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven success in defining and launching consumer-facing products.
- Ability to maintain strategic vision while managing detailed product aspects.
- Capability to learn deeply about specific functional areas and domains.
- Innovative thinking to drive product development.
- Understanding of both business and technical aspects, with the ability to delve into technical details.

- Experience in financial services is a plus.

The Role
The Product Manager is responsible for strategy, product planning, and lifecycle management, including defining vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
